Meatless Mondays is a concept lost in our home. However, we do enjoy some good Lo Mein. It’s healthier to cook at home and see what ingredients I’m actually putting into our food, and it helps me sleep easier at night knowing that I’m feeding my family a healthier version of their favorite take out foods.
