  • 1 pound breakfast sausage preferably organic
  • 6 large eggs organic, free-range preferred
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese sharp, aged cheddar for best flavor
  • 6 cups day-old bread cubes sourdough or whole grain
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
