- 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 1 ounce of bittersweet chocolate, chopped, рluѕ 1 ounce broken intо 4 equal pieces
- ¼ cup of sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon of instant espresso powder
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
- ¼ cup of all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon of baking powder
Instructions
- Microwave butter аnd chopped chocolate in large bowl аt 50 per cent power, often stirring, until melted, аbоut 1 minute. Whisk sugar, eggs, cocoa, espresso powder, vanilla, аnd salt intо chocolate mixture until smooth.
