Thai-Style Grilled Chicken Wings

- 500 grams of chicken wings (or other chicken parts)
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground garlic
- Pinch of ground coriander (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of oil for brushing
Instructions
- To make the marinade, combine the sauces, sesame oil, white pepper, sugar, coriander, salt, and garlic in a bowl.
- Place the chicken in the bowl and lightly massage it into the mixture.
- Cover the bowl with saran wrap and leave it in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours. Overnight creates a better taste.
- Pre-heat a grilled oven to 450 degrees F or 225 degrees C.
- Grill the chicken for about 7 minutes. Lightly oil the chicken with about 1/2 tablespoon of oil.
- Grill it for another 7 minutes on the other side. Use the rest of the oil and lightly brush it.
- Serve and eat the Thai-style grilled chicken wings immediately while they’re hot.
