Strawberry Pretzel Dessert Recipe
Oh boy, here we go… one of my absolute favorite desserts! Not only does it include my all-time favorite fruit, strawberries, but it also has that extra tasty crunch with pretzels. This strawberry pretzel dessert is the perfect combination of sweet and salty, juicy and crunchy, creamy and crispy. No matter what types of tastebuds you have in your house, this is the best dessert for the entire family—minus the dog, of course.
For instance, my husband tends to be more of a sweets person. He loves the thick, delectable and savory desserts. As for me, on the other hand, I like the salty desserts—those ones that aren’t too thick and sweet, but still have just the right amount of bitterness to them. This strawberry pretzel dessert is the perfect choice for both of us. In fact, we love it so much that oftentimes our kids don’t even get to it in time… whoops!
If anyone in your family is a dessert person, this is the greatest option to try. Not only is it wonderful for summertime, but it transitions well into the fall and even winter seasons, so it can be a year-round treat. I tried this recipe a few weeks ago and it was a huge hit with my family. Give it a shot with your family and let me know what they love—or maybe don’t love—about the dessert.
And of course, always feel free to change it up a bit to better fit your tastebuds.
