Instructions
Toast the bread slices to your desired level of crispiness.
While the bread is toasting, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
Mash the avocado with a fork until it reaches your desired consistency.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Once the toast is ready, spread the mashed avocado on top of each slice.
Add any desired toppings, such as sliced tomatoes, red pepper flakes, crumbled feta cheese, or a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
