Notes
Make-Ahead: Muddle the raspberries, mint, and honey up to 2 hours in advance. Cover and refrigerate. Add liquid ingredients and shake with ice just before serving.Storage: This cocktail does not store well once mixed — the mint oxidises and any carbonation goes flat within an hour. Serve immediately after shaking.Non-Alcoholic Version: Replace vodka with sparkling water and raspberry liqueur with raspberry syrup for a vibrant mocktail.Substitutions: No Chambord? Use crème de cassis or any berry liqueur. For the cranberry juice, unsweetened works best — sweetened versions will make the drink cloying.Pro Tip: Chill your glasses in the freezer for 15 minutes before serving. A frosted glass keeps the cocktail cold longer and adds a polished presentation.
