1 ½cupsice cubesfor shaking and chilling glass
Instructions
Chill a martini glass in advance by filling it with ice or placing it in the freezer for a frosty finish.
1 1/2 cups ice cubes
In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, lychee liqueur, lychee syrup, and freshly squeezed lime juice. Fill the shaker about two-thirds full with ice cubes.
2 oz vodka, 1.5 oz lychee liqueur, 0.5 oz lychee syrup, 0.5 oz lime juice, 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds or until the outside of the shaker is frosted and cold to touch.
Discard ice from the martini glass. Strain the mixture into the chilled glass through the shaker's built-in strainer while holding a fine mesh strainer over the glass to catch any small ice shards or pulp.
Garnish with a single lychee fruit on a cocktail skewer, resting it elegantly across the rim of the glass.

Notes
Batch Prep: Mix vodka, lychee liqueur, lychee syrup, and lime juice in a pitcher without ice. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Shake individual portions with ice when ready to serve.Substitution: Swap lychee liqueur for elderflower liqueur (such as St-Germain) at the same 45ml measure for a more floral, less tropical variation.Storage: Store remaining canned lychees in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Use over vanilla ice cream or in sparkling water.Pro Tip: The outside of your shaker should feel uncomfortably cold before you stop shaking — that's how you know the drink is properly chilled and slightly aerated.Sparkling Twist: Top the strained cocktail with 30ml of chilled prosecco or dry sparkling wine for a fizzy, celebratory variation.
