Applejack Rabbit Cocktail

Ingredients
- 2 oz Applejack preferably Laird's Applejack
- 1 oz freshly squeezed orange juice use freshly squeezed for optimal flavor
- 0.5 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice Meyer lemons preferred for sweetness
- 0.5 oz maple syrup Dark amber maple syrup for richness
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add 2 oz of Applejack, 1 oz of freshly squeezed orange juice, 0.5 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice, and 0.5 oz of maple syrup to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds until the outside of the shaker is frosted and cool to the touch.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
