My breakfast this morning was a Kermie Smoothie and half a Scotch Egg. I stocked up on the yummy Lemon Drop Melons when they were on sale this summer at Sam’s. Cut and cubed them, froze them on a cookie sheet, and then put my magic Foodsaver to work. I have a stash in the freezer in the garage. When I need more in the inside freezer, I open a vacuum-sealed bag and pour the cubes into a zip lock bag for easier smoothie access.
A smoothie is an easy way to fill me up. When I got no time, this kermie smoothie is the best drink to prepare breakfast for me and my family.
