Blackberries are an excellent addition to sweet, tart, and bursting with fruity flavor.

Refreshing Blackberry Mojito
The blackberry mojito is easy to make and perfectly delicious! So whip up a glass or a pitcher to share a classic mojito recipe with this delightful twist.
Ingredients
- ½ cup blackberries
- 1 handful mint leaves
- 2 medium lime juice
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- ½ cup light rum
- ¼ cup ice crushed
- ½ cup club soda
Instructions
- Muddle blackberries in a tiny bowl. Setting aside.
- Place the mint leaves in the glass bottom.
- Stir to combine, and add rum, sugar, and lime juice. Top with the ice being crushed.
- Add mint leaves and more blackberries to the club soda.
